sounds like TUIO is equipped for 2d messages// in any case, the win2tuio application doesn't feed 'contact area' information through; is it practical to think about getting these data into max? (may be a separate project)
for sure, pressure / contact area can be very useful in max ; but in the case of MMF, I can't see any generic way of using it on standard UI objects ; however, I'm planing to add an easy way to get that information in an interface (when touching an object, receiving apart the pressure value for each touch / object, and let user map it to anything).
